Shipping Policy


At Soulful Prints we want you to enjoy your clothes as soon as possible. For this reason, we process and ship our orders with the utmost care. Below, we detail how our shipments work.

1. Processing Time
All orders require processing and preparation time before being shipped.

Preparation time: From 24 to 72 business hours (Monday to Friday).

Weekend orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Options and Times
We only have one type of shipping, which is standard shipping, the estimated time of which is between 3 and 5 business days. Its cost is 4.95 for purchases under £54.95, and free if the purchase exceeds this amount.

Note: Shipping times may vary during peak seasons (such as sales or Christmas) or due to force majeure of the courier company.

3. Tracking your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track it.

You can check the status of your shipment at any time through our website in the "Order Tracking" tab by entering the order number and the email you used at the time of purchase

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is complete and correct at the time of purchase.

If the package is returned to our facilities due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives with visible damage to the box, please take photos before opening it and contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us to open an investigation with the shipping company.
